Office closed for the Holidays

Happy Holidays everyone. The office will be closed through January 1st. We will be checking and responding to e-mails on a limited basis during this time. It is time to celebrate with the family, recover from us all being sick, and enjoy a family birthday. May this be a wondeful holiday season for you.

Music by Andrew Burr

Back in July we did the photography for Andrea and Bradford's wedding. Neville captured one of the groomsmen lighting up his cigar and it was one of those images that we just have really liked. Little did we know that this groomsmen, Andrew Burr, was near completion of producing his new CD. He contacted us and now this image is part of his CD - how cool is that! We just received the CD a couple weeks ago and we have listened to it daily in the office. I am really enjoying it. The music is folk with jazz and blues overtones. It is called Road to Valarand by Andrew Burr. Andrew can be contacted at andrewburrmusic@hotmail.com
Thanks Andrew for loving the image as much as we do and good luck with the CD!

December 9, 2006 Laura and Chris get married

Congratulations Laura and Chris! What a joy it was to spend the day with Laura and Chris their family and friends. The day started out at Laura's grandparents house for the girls getting ready preparations. We then headed to Media Presbyterian Church to meet up with the guys. We were quite excited to learn a few months back that the church would likely be covered with scaffolding. Sure enough it was and so we had to play! The guys were willing participants and we had a blast with them. Chris is a general contractor so this was right up his alley. Next stop was Edgmont Country Club which has fantastic locations inside and outside for photography. This is where Laura got the super trouper award for wanting pictures taken outside despite the temperature. This is more phenomenal given the fact that she and Chris have been living in Florida for the past few years. Now my hands were numb by the end, and she didn't complain once while being in a strapless gown - way to go! Next award was then given to her maid of honor Michele for bustling Laura's dress with lightning speed and accuracy (it sure helps being a wedding consultant in the past). It was a lovely reception and we really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you Laura and Chris for a great day.

One last note, our 5 1/2 year old was looking at the pictures we took of this wedding and I most quote her: "I like when they are kissing, it's fantastical!"

Have a great honeymoon!
