Holiday cut off date

Just a reminder that our holiday cut off date for reprint orders is Thanksgiving in order to get them processed and ready for you. Of course, we'll accept orders after that date, but cannot guarantee Christmas delivery.

Quiet for a reason...

It has been a little quiet on the blog for a good reason and I'll give you some clues:

A number of years ago, my sister and I made an agreement that when we each turned 40, we would do a special trip together. Well, the magic number arrived for her this year, so her choice was to go to Disney! We spent 7 days and visited Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, and Disney Hollywood. Aside, from a very brief run into Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom in 2002, I had only been there once in 1982 (before Epcot was built!) so it was a blast being a kid again and hanging with my big sister.

Yes, I had my typical mommy guilt going, but Neville did a fabulous job of holding down the fort back home. Neville and his big brother are also doing special 40 birthdays with one another, so it is fun to see the tradition develop in both of our families.

More Friday Fun

Today I also met these two little munchkins at ages 2 1/2 months and 2 1/2 years. I loved the fact that I received a new nickname by the little 2 1/2 year old: Lor - too much fun!

Friday Afternoon Fun

What a fun time I had with these two siblings ages 3 1/2 (and yes, the 1/2 part is really important to include) and 9. I really enjoyed their personalities. Thanks for a delightful afternoon - you did great!

Sibling Fun

I had a great time with this gang today. They were so much fun and made my job soooo easy. Thanks for the fun, braving the rain drops, and being you!

This next one just cracks me up, the light was too bright for her pretty eyes and she just couldn't take it, at least she was laughing!

Pay It Forward Round 2

It was an absolute pleasure connecting with another photographer's family for another fun filled session for the Roadside Families Project. This time we spent the late afternoon with Matthew Tennison of Tennison Photography and his special family. Thank you for a lovely way to spend the day.

Newborn Experience: Baby D

I got to catch up with this adorable 5 week old over the weekend. We thought she was going to keep her eyes closed the entire time, but surprised us with waking up and having the cutest eyes ever! Thanks little one and mommy and daddy too - you are all doing great!
